Hornerstown is right next to Downtown Johnstown (Across the River from Kernville).  Mostly houses and apartments, the area has it’s own ambulance station and houses local businesses like Somerset Cambria Remodeling, Sheesley Concrete, Brat Towing, Penstan Supply, Sportsman’s, and many others.
