The City of Johnstown’s Gateway to the Southwest, Westmont brings in Traffic through it’s scenic corridor along PA-271.  Westmont contains it’s own School District, the Sunnehanna Country Club and Golf Course, the West Hills Police Force, the Upper Portion of the Inclined Plane, a shopping Plaza, and also West Side Elementary which is part of the Johnstown School District.
